| Help!
On Friday, February 23, a 7-1/2 month old Frenchie puppy disappeared from a store on Bond Street & Broadway (Bond is a few blocks North of Houston). Her name is Lola and her owner, Ai Asai, is desperately searching for her. Lola's info and details on her disappearance are to the right. Her pictures are a little fuzzy, so hopefully we'll get some better ones soon. Here's how you can join the effort to reunite Lola with her mom: Spread the word to your friends and neighbors about Lola. Hopefully the NYC six degrees of separation rule can get word to whoever might have found/have Lola. Print out copies of this Missing Poster we've created for Lola and post them around your neighborhood. If everybody in the GVFBA put up just a few, we could quickly have most parts of the city covered. Keep an eye out for young looking Frenchies being walked on the street and in the dog runs. Whoever found Lola may simply have not seen one of the posters Ai has put up. Keep in mind that it's still unclear as to whether Lola ran out of the store or, God forbid, was stolen. So far, nobody has called the 800# printed on her tag. Note that Lola has an ID tattoo in her right ear. Tell your vet about Lola. If you can, please fax or drop-off a copy of the Missing Poster to their office. Keep your fingers crossed and hopefully we'll have a speedy reunion soon. Thanks a lot. |

Last seen: At Bond 07 store (7 Bond Street - near Broadway) on Friday, February 23 @ 2:00pm Age: 7-1/2 months Color: Brindle with white chest Identification: French Registration ID Tattoo in her right ear. She was last wearing a fluorescent pink/yellow/orange nylon collar with a bone-shaped tag listing an 800 phone number. Sex: Female not neutered Details: According to her owner, Ai, here's what happened: "I was getting ready to take Lola out for a walk. I was getting ready to go outside while she went upstairs to the store and ran out of the door. There were 5 people working in the store and three of them were right at the front counter by the door. No one saw her. It was about 2:00p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23rd. It was a matter of 5-10 minutes. I ran out and looked around all over the place. We found nothing."
